A dyeing and spinning spindrella of all things wooly!

Hi my name is Michele and I am a fiber junkie!
I live in Boulder, Colorado with my
Husband, daughter, dog, and two cats.
Spinning and dyeing wool are my keys to the secret garden of color. Spinning was just something I did to stay stress free, it has been my yoga! Little did I know what a huge passion it would spark in my life.
Here at the Hummingbird Moon I love to create bright, magical and unique colorways on super soft yarn and wool rovings. When I'm not creating new colorways on fiber, you can find me at my spinning wheel making more magic or sitting by the mountains with my knitting needles and some yarn.
All yarns and rovings are unique even in the same dyelot and hand painted in small batches. Colorways are repeatable but dyelots do vary from order to order.

So now I am so excited to share with you The Hummingbird Moon my eclectic boutique of my handspun, hand painted yarns, fiber and other goodies for all other yarnies and fiber junkies…..
